Helsbury Dog Photo Competition 2013 Entry 11

Suzanne Davies sent these shots of her lovely dogs for our competition, she said: "I have attached some photos of our labs Becky, Lyra & Gabriel our gorgeous rescue greyhound, taken during our trip in April to Helsbury Park with our family. We didn't have the best of weather but it didn't stop us from enjoying the holiday, we couldn't believe our eyes when we arrived at Marhayes...it really is first class accommodation, very comfortable with fabulous scenery & walks, Thank you for making our holiday in Cornwall one to remember. The dogs had the time of there lives!! Would love to come back next year."

Pool roof in bloom...

Well, I'll say one thing about our green roof it is different every year, this year the sedum is in full bloom and the roof is a shock of pink blooms, absolutely lovely!

We do have a farmhouse second home in mid Cornwall so are not at the moment in need of accommodation but your website was so user friendly and the whole complex looks so wonderful that I found myself spending time enjoying it all. I then spent a good 15 minutes in all the galleries - what wonderful photos of scenery, accommodation and of course dogs! A wonderfully inspirational website with such great attention to detail and so much to read. Fantastic! I just had to drop a line to say "well done" on all fronts. Not only did we have the sunniest week so far this year we couldn't believe our eyes when we arrived at Marhayes...it really is first class accomodation, very comfortable with fabulous scenery we have already booked for next year. Bridget Davey sent us these stunning shots of their beagles, she said : "Here are a couple of the photos we took during our holiday at Helsbury Park. Like you can see, the Porthos and Lucy Beagle loved every second of it, we did as well. Porthos loves the beach and he loved to jump into the waves. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay at Helsbury and we are already looking forward to come back next year."
