New Helsbury Photos

As it's been such a lovely Summer we thought it was high time we updated some of our photos so we commissioned a photographer to spend some time on site to capture the essence of Helsbury. The grounds are all looking stunning and the buildings have never looked better, we're sure you'll agree.

Helsbury Dog Photo Competition 2015 Entry 7

Sally Jenkins sent this stunning photo of their dog in the farmhouse garden. She said: "Thank you for another brilliant week in The Farmhouse; we had a fantastic time and were quite lucky with the weather. The children had great fun playing in the pool. The pool is the highlight of the holiday for our three; we decided that they don't actually care what the weather is doing as they would spend the whole time in there if they could!"

Pauline Crumbie took these lovely shots of her dogs on walks here at Helsbury and she said: "Many thanks for creating the right environment for a perfect holiday and a very big thank you to Sue who looked after our dogs on two occasions."

Ruth Tyer sent this great shot of her dogs looking particularly obedient just by the side of the Aga, we just can't imagine what Ruth has in her hand but I bet it's tasty!

Helsbury Dog Photo Competition 2015 Entry 4

Stef McQillan sent another brilliant photo in for the dog photo competition. What is it about Weims, they just look great when they are asleep! Stef said: "This is Buddy when we were with you in May. He loved his holidays especially Daymer beach. This photo holds some fantastic memories. Thank you for having such a fantastic place that is so dog friendly."

Gillian Flack has sent some lovely shots of her dogs for our dog photo competition, she said: "Once again a great holiday was had by all, thank you, the weather wasn’t bad either :-) I think I can speak for all that there probably isn’t a place that even remotely compares with Helsbury on the ‘dog friendly’ claim, and the setting of the cottages with the views are amazing."

Ssssshhhhh! Don't tell anyone but the people who booked the Farmhouse for Christmas week have had a change of plan and can't now come so it is available for that week. Not sure how long that will be the case so if you are interested let us know asap. Just between you and me - OK?
