"Now, after visiting Helsbury Park, we have had to rethink the phrase 'dog friendly'. Other establishments in which we have stayed, purporting to be dog friendly we now realise are merely dog tolerant (in varying degrees) and most make dog owners feel like second class citizens and are an inconvenience which they need to put up with. Helsbury Park turns that on its head. Facilities here for both 2 legs and 4 legs are second to none." A Holmes, June 2010.
